Ummmm, I am in the middle of – what I can say as – Personality Development. At this age (30), I hope it’s not too late at all. So many people around me are always talking about strong personality. At a glance, I can figure what it is but not really sure about it. What is it actually Strong Personality?

After a long looking at myself, I found that none of part of my personality can support me to have a strong personality. I think it’s because I still don’t know anything about strong personality. In fact, I think strong personality is always about ugly and violent temper, anger, big ego. Hittler had strong personality, also Musollini, Stallin and some of war criminals.

I know…. it’s not always that bad. I think we can say that our beloved Indonesia really needs a strong leader with strong personality. He is so weak for current Indonesia. What if Soekarno (who I think had a strong personality too) replaces him, can it be better? I am not sure.

So, what is Strong Personality? It’s about how you can be confident and happy with your self. It doesn’t mean you have to dominate others, but you are exist. Your existence makes any differences around you. They can feel that you are there. So how to be like that? it requires: Confident, Happy, Smart, Eager, Smile and Jokes. That’s it, let’s do it. Good luck.

By the way, I am like you, in any circumstances, I want to be the man.. the leader, the one who can count on.
