F – forward.

C – compose new messgae
Alt+I – view received messages
Alt+O – view sent messages
Alt+S – view sms.

Moving around
Shift+space – go up one page
Space – go down one page
T – top
B – bottom
N – next date
P – previous date
U – next unopened message
J – next related subject
K – previous related subject

Typing
Shift+Roll Trackball – highlight text
Alt+Click Trackball – copy highlighted text
Shift+Del – cut highlighted text
Shift+Click Trackball – paste text
